Bulk upload not working for you?

Sometimes CSV files for our Bulk Upload feature can be finicky! One thing you want to make sure is that your CSV file is saved as Unicode (UTF-8). That should be the default, but if you are having issues and you've found this article, re-open your csv file in what program you use (Excel or Numbers most likely) and export it/save it as Unicode (UTF-8). Then go back and try uploading that file in our Bulk Upload feature. It should work! Let us know. And thanks!
