Diligence
Diligence measures adherence to review schedule and more. Your high diligence learners are eager to learn. They have shown dedication to Cerego's practice over time system, and take time to answer questions thoughtfully. If you want a job done well and on time, consider these 5!
If you need a job done carefully and thoroughly the top learners on the Diligence leaderboard are the people to consider.
A learner's Diligence is generally similar across material (a diligent learner will tend to complete tasks to a high standard even when they take effort).
Knowledge
A learner's Knowledge can vary across material (someone might know a lot about one subject but very little about another).
Knowledge measurements reflect quantity and durability. The top learners have practiced what they've learned, to turn new information into lasting knowledge. If your content is key, these are the learners who have mastered the most of what you offer.
Agility
Agility measures the ease of learning with Cerego. Your most agile learners have demonstrated they are quick to absorb new information from their courses within Cerego. These people potentially have a natural aptitude for the content they’re learning and pick it up faster than most. This isn't an IQ measure, but means they are bright learners. Mentor them well.
Keep in mind that agility measures ease of learning, so a learner can’t improve their score by working harder. We recommend only encouraging the top learners on the leaderboard and refrain from reprimanding the learners low on the Agility leaderboard. It is best to encourage effort in these learners, as that is within their control.
A learner's Agility is generally similar across material (faster learners tend to learn everything a bit faster).
