Here at Cerego, we want to empower people with meaningful learning metrics so your team can get an edge in this world.
To help you discuss our leaderboard metrics with learners using the right language, we've written some templates that will help learners understand what they are doing right or what to improve on.
Whether you're congratulating top performing learners or encouraging bottom learners, we recommend focusing on your learners' efforts, not talent. You can copy and paste them and customize as you wish.

Pro Tip
Agility measures ease of learning, so a learner can’t improve their score by working harder. It is best to encourage effort in these learners, as that is within their control. We recommend using the generic template.
SUBJECT
Keep up the effort on Cerego
BODY
Most training is forgotten quickly, we chose Cerego to help it stick.
Cerego is not about working harder, it’s about working smarter. Shorter, more frequent review sessions help knowledge solidify. These study habits are simple, but not always easy to adopt. This week, try scheduling 5 min / day to learn. Let me know how we can support you in your learning.
