If you want to change the email address associated to your Cerego account and keep the progress you have made so far, head over to the website and click on the top right button named "Me" (or it may have your name there) and then on "Settings". From there, you will be able to add a new email associated to your account and therefore log in to the same account both with your previous email and the new one. If you wish to do so, you can also safely remove an email address you no longer want to use.
