How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, log out of your account if you haven’t already and visit cerego.com/signin. Below the sign in button, click the link to reset your password.
This will take you to a screen with a prompt for your email address. After you enter your email and click the button to send reset instructions, you will receive an email with a link you can follow to set a new password for the account associated with that email address.
How can I change the email address associated with my account?
You may add and remove email addresses to your account through your settings page, accessible through the dropdown menu in the top righthand corner of the website:
From here, you can add email addresses via the account tab. This will trigger a confirmation to be sent to that email. Once your new email address is confirmed, you can select it as your primary email address through the same settings page, and delete other email addresses if you’d like.
What if I can’t log in with my .edu email address?
Some colleges provide email addresses for students in different formats, i.e.: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. It’s possible that an account has been created with an email written in one format, but you’re trying to log in with the other. Please try signing in to the website with you email in the alternate format using the same password.

How do I turn off Cerego notifications?
Sometimes you may feel like you're getting a few too many notifications. If you would like to turn these off you can do so by clicking on settings underneath your name. Once you have done that, click on the 'Notifications' tab, and select which notifications to turn off.
